5 Years, 5 Lessons: A Client Insight

After a year-long search and five property negotiations, I helped a client expand her dance studio into a larger space to grow her class offerings and broaden her scope for future success.

After 20 years in the same location, she has now doubled her studio square footage.

When asked how the expanded space has accommodated her students and instructors, she shared, “We currently have the same number of students, but now can add more class options and private lessons.”

Before the move, many of the classes were split between two locations due to limited space.

“Now everyone gets to teach in the same location [instead of] at another location a block away. I love that everyone is together!” she shared.

The square footage expansion is also inspiring rising dancers. “Watching the little ones look at the older kids through the new observation windows is one of my favorite things about the new space.”
